Scope & acceptance.
This Privacy Policy describes how Systecture Solutions LLC ("Systecture," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, engage our services, or opt in to receive text messages from us.
By using our website or services, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or provide us with personal information. The SMS-specific provisions in Sections 05 through 07 apply only if you have affirmatively opted in to receive text messages.
Information we collect.
Information you provide directly
We collect information you submit through contact forms, project inquiries, email correspondence, and SMS opt-in forms. This typically includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, and details about the project or inquiry you are submitting.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information including IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used to maintain site security, diagnose issues, and improve performance.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from analytics providers, SMS messaging platforms (such as carrier-level delivery and opt-out signals), and integration partners that help us provide our services. We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.
How we use your information.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries, scope projects, and deliver the services you have engaged us to perform.

- To maintain the security, performance, and integrity of our website and internal systems.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect against fraud or misuse.
- To improve our services and communications based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising on third-party platforms.

SMS opt-in & consent.
You will only receive SMS messages from Systecture if you affirmatively opt in. We obtain consent through one of the following methods:
- Website form. By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry and ongoing engagements.
- Written agreement. By signing a service agreement that includes an SMS communications clause, you consent to receive SMS messages related to that engagement.
- Verbal confirmation. If you verbally request SMS communication during a call or meeting, we will follow up with a confirmation message to verify your consent before adding you to the program.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the wireless phone number provided or are authorized to opt in that number to the program. You agree to receive recurring text messages from Systecture Solutions LLC.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may receive our services without opting in to SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
We retain records of opt-in events including the date, time, IP address (where applicable), and method of consent. These records are used to demonstrate compliance and to respond to inquiries from you, carriers, or regulators.
SMS opt-out & help.
You can stop receiving SMS messages from us at any time. There is no fee to opt out, and opting out will not affect any non-SMS aspect of your engagement with Systecture.
How to opt out
- Reply STOP (or any other supported opt-out keyword) to any message we send. This is the fastest and most reliable method.
- Email webmaster@systecture.com with your phone number and a request to be removed from SMS communications.
- Call us during business hours at the number listed in Section 14.
After you opt out, you will receive one final SMS confirming the opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you affirmatively opt back in.
Getting help
If you have questions about our SMS program, reply HELP to any message, email webmaster@systecture.com, or use the contact methods listed in Section 14.
Data security.
Security is a structural concern at Systecture, not an afterthought. We apply the same architectural principles to our own systems that we apply to those we build for clients:
- Encryption at rest and in transit for all personal information, using current industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
- Least-privilege access controls, with administrative access restricted to personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes.
- Multi-factor authentication on all systems that store or process personal information.
- Regular security reviews, dependency audits, and penetration testing on internal and client-facing systems.
- Documented incident response procedures, including notification timelines that meet or exceed legal requirements.
No system is perfectly secure. While we apply rigorous controls, we cannot guarantee absolute security and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and protect your own credentials.
Retention & deletion.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
SMS consent records and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four years from the date of the most recent consent event, in accordance with TCPA recordkeeping recommendations. Inactive contact records may be deleted or anonymized after this period unless we have an ongoing engagement or legal obligation that requires longer retention.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to the limitations described in Section 10.
Your rights.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt-out. Withdraw consent for SMS communications or marketing communications at any time.
- Portability. Receive a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used format where technically feasible.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at webmaster@systecture.com. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if required by applicable law.
Third-party services.
Our website and operations rely on a small number of third-party services, each chosen for its security posture and privacy practices. Categories include cloud hosting, SMS message delivery, email delivery, analytics, and customer relationship management. A current list of subprocessors is available on request to webmaster@systecture.com.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
For material changes affecting your rights — particularly changes to the SMS program — we will notify active subscribers in advance through SMS, email, or both, and obtain renewed consent where required by law.
